What is it?
The Spojit Flow platform allows you to send emails from within a running workflow.
What does it do?
Our mailer service can send a simple email from the Spojit System email address and allows you to:
- add a subject line for the email
- design a body
- add the name and email address of the recipient(s)
- attach files
- listing of files and directories
Use Cases
Email is widely used for notifying employees or the transferring of files within a business. Some common use cases include:
- Sending a daily sales report to key mangers
- Notifying a warehouse worker of a new order to be picked
- Sending a notification if there is an error in the workflow or a process
- Sending welcome information and documentation as part of an employee onboarding experience
